Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering or using the 1betwin platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions stated in this document. These Terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as a user and 1betwin as the platform operator.

• Not currently undergoing voluntary or mandatory account closure related to responsible gambling.
• Registering on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

1betwin reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Users found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts terminated and all balances related to activities carried out during the ineligible period may be forfeited.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1betwin platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including your full name, MyKad number or valid identification document, date of birth, mobile number, and active email address. 1betwin reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time.

• Account information must be kept up to date at all times. Any changes must be notified to the support team via live chat or email.
• The account password is entirely the user's responsibility. Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 24/7 support team immediately.
• 1betwin will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.

1betwin supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of users. All financial transactions are subject to the following rules:

Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50 for all payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for security and compliance purposes.
• 1betwin reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). For cryptocurrency transactions, the current exchange rate will be applied at the time of processing. 1betwin does not charge any internal transaction fees, however users should check for any charges that may be applied by their respective e-wallet provider or bank.

1betwin offers various promotions to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-related winnings can be made.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the value of the bonus received.

• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• 1betwin reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a user is found to have breached any related terms or attempted to manipulate the bonus system.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly cashed out — they must be used for wagering first.
• Wagering requirements may vary depending on the type of bonus and promotion. Check the specific terms of each promotion when it is offered.
• Accounts that use multiple identities or fraudulent methods to obtain bonuses will be terminated without notice.

All betting activities on the 1betwin platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and 4D lottery — are subject to the following general rules:

• The result of a completed game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, 1betwin reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the original stake to the user.
• Bets placed using false information, unauthorised access or prohibited methods are invalid and may be voided without compensation.
• 1betwin reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market at the platform's discretion.
• The use of automation software, bots or any tool that automates betting is strictly prohibited.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that apply. Changes in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect the value of the existing bet.

1betwin users are required to act honestly, responsibly and with respect for all parties involved at all times. The following actions or conduct are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to cheat, manipulate or exploit any vulnerability in the platform system.
• Identity theft or using another person's personal information to register or operate an account.
• Transferring funds between different user accounts for the purpose of fraud or money laundering.
• Using illegally obtained funds to deposit into the platform (money laundering).
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Posting or distributing threatening, harassing or offensive content through any communication channel on the platform.

1betwin reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as reporting to the relevant authorities if required.

1betwin reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified period.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Voluntary request from the user to close the account.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory body or legal authority.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily can contact the 24/7 support team via live chat or email. For responsible gambling matters, users can request deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion through the same channels.
